This package is designed to enable you to address your anxiety in whatever form that takes. Over 5 sessions Jackie will help you:
- identify what your anxiety is
- why it exists
- what is happening in your mind when it strikes
- how you can recognise it
- Give you techniques and plans to deal with it when it happens
By the end of the programme, we’ll aim to have you understanding your personal experience of anxiety and how to combat it and feel calm and in control. We’ll help you gain the knowledge and confidence to move forward in your life without the worry of anxiety holding you back.
At the end of the 5 sessions, you have a choice as to whether you are ready to move on alone or if you'd like to carry on with ad-hoc or ‘top-up’ sessions as and when you feel you need them.
