Running on Thursday evenings at 7.30pm.

 

Each week will have a different focus, it might be on healthy eating through to a philosophical idea that sparks deep thought and everything in between in a friendly environment. With time to discuss personal experiences and help develop a new, healthy and positive outlook on life. 

 

Sessions are £7.50, paid monthly.
