Cancellation and Covid Policies

Cancellation Policy

For all events, and courses run by Pure Turtle (not including The Holistic Teacher),  there will be an administration fee charged if you cancel within 7 days of a booked session/s.

A refund (less the administration fee*) will be given for cancellations received any time up to 7 days prior to the event. If you cancel any places after this date you will be charged the full amount and a refund will not be given. However, you may choose to instead send a replacement delegate or defer to a later course/event. There is no charge for this service. 

*The administration fee is dependent on ticket cost, venue fees and set up costs to Pure Turtle, please take note of this when booking.

Due to the nature of our services, finding replacement bookings is difficult and time-consuming, therefore any cancellation of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, tutoring, group lessons, social events, retreats, meditation or massage appointments will be charged in full (excepting for extreme circumstances in which case the fee may be waived at Pure Turtles discretion)

Pure Turtle Covid-19 Policy

 

For clients attending our premises, the following policy has been put in place to protect clients and staff alike. 

 

1 - If you have any symptoms associated with COVID-19 please do not come into the office or The Pod, please either re-arrange your session till after the symptoms have stopped and you have passed a COVID test or have your session via online video chat.

2 - All surfaces, handles, glassware will be cleaned before and after sessions. Soft furnishings will be changed and washed between clients, the rooms will be ventilated.
