These weekly group will give you the time and space to develop your meditation practice in a calm and peaceful setting.


Each week we'll meditate as a group, which has been proven to boost the effectiveness of your meditation and help your focus.


Michael will also be on hand to facilitate the sessions and suggest different ways to meditate and run some guided meditations at the start before we move on to the main self led practice.


£5 per session, with a minimum purchase of 5, but you can buy as many sessions as you wish, the more you buy the cheaper it gets.

You're welcome to bring extra blankets, pillows, mats, eye masks, anything you need to relax and feel comfortable.


Terms and Conditions - Sessions cannot be exchanged for other services and must be used within 6 months.
