Starting on Wednesday 7th February 2024, 7.15 - 8pm

This weekly group will give you the time and space to develop your meditation practice in a calm and peaceful setting.

Each week we'll meditate as a group, which has been proven to boost the effectiveness of your meditation and help your focus.

Michael will also be on hand to facilitate the sessions and suggest different ways to meditate and run some guided meditations at the start before we move on to the main self led practice.

Paid monthly, £5 per session.
