Protein Punch Smoothie

Dark berries such as blueberries are packed with antioxidants, and help stabilise your blood sugar. Nuts and nut butter provide protein and healthy fats to help you feel satisfied for longer, whilst the banana gives you a healthy dose of vitamin B6 (vital for a wide range of body processes). All seeds are packed with nutrition. If you don’t have hemp or chia seeds then substitute with any type of seed eg golden flax, sunflower.


  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 4 walnut halves

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 3 brazil nuts

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 cup water

  • Half cup unsweetened almond milk



  • This method takes some effort...

  • Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy!
